What is "query" in Webchat ?

Hi.
I wonder why "query" in Webchat ? Webchat is for newbies that don't even understand what they use for talking (they only click on a link) and when they see some strange word "query" thet ask them self "How I can start talk to someone?"
Almost all people will understand if "query" will be renamed to "Talk"
Can you do this change ?

And that same person confronted with "Talk" will automatically assume it's a method to actually speak to someone verbally.
I do see your point though - maybe "private message" is nearer the mark, although it is long to put on a button.
