Leftover connection

Hi guys,
I'm having a problem with a leftover connection on quakenet.
All the times i connect to the server it says that my nickname is already in use. Now i dunno what to do to get me on the quakenet again :(
can you help me?

If the "leftover connection" is meant that way you lost your internet connection for a short time and that way lost your IRC cnonection, then the dead user should quit (should usually be done within 30 secs -> 5 minutes), with "Ping timeout".
If someone else is using your nickname, there is NOTHING to do as QuakeNet doesn't use any kind of nickname reserveration.

I don't think there's anyone with prag and killer badly written on purpose

Nothing you can do. Use another nickname.
If any "pickup" or gather system requires you to use a certain nickname, it is rubbish, unsecure and stupid. Find another pickup system.
Also feel free to name and shame any pickup channel that uses such a stupid system. I'd love to berate them.
